feat(external): 对外商品 upsert/delist、AK/SK 鉴权与拼多多发布链路
- 新增 ExternalGoodsController、ExternalGoodsAppService 及 DTO/VO
- AK/SK 过滤器与 Security 配置；GoodsAddBo.shopId、insertGoods 写 shop_id
- 移除 DeepSeekService；erp-api/bootstrap、nacos 示例与文档更新
